How does this work?
 
After checking out, email your order number to sharah@trappeddoll.com, within 2 weeks you will get your digital preview of your sculpture. Once you approve I will begin printing and painting your sculpture. 
 
When will I get my order?
Sculpting takes time to ensure quality. Due to current orders please allow a full 4-6 weeks before you receive your order. If you are in a rush and wan your order within 2 weeks, I can invoice you for a $150 additional rush fee.
 
Cancelations and refunds?
Once, I start your sculpture it can not be fully refunded. If your order has started a 50% total of your order will be refunded. Orders that have been completed can not be refunded. 
 
Shipping?
Shipping is included with orders $300+, Shipping internationally is also available. Shipping times are generally 2-5 business days with either ups or usps.
