How does this work?
After checking out, within 24 hours of your order it you will recieve an email requesting your images or you can email them to sharah@trappeddoll.com, within 15-25 days you will get your digital preview of your sculpture. Once you approve I will begin printing and painting your sculpture.
When will I get my order?
Sculpting takes time to ensure quality. Due to current orders please allow a full 6-8 weeks before you receive your order. If you are in a rush and wan your order within 2 weeks, I can invoice you for a $200 additional rush fee.
Cancelations and refunds?
Once, I start your sculpture it can not be fully refunded. If your order has started a 50% total of your order will be refunded if you paid in full. If you have ordered using the deposit option your order will not be refunded if you cancel your order. Orders that have been completed can not be refunded. Please note times on orders may be extended without announcement depending on current order times. Orders paid in full are proritized first, orders placed using the 50% deposit option has a longer 3-4 week turn around time.
Shipping?
Shipping is included with orders $300+, Shipping internationally is also available. Shipping times are generally 2-5 business days with either ups or usps.
Return Policy
Refunds and Returns
Please request to cancel your order BEFORE your order is started. Orders have an 8 hour window to be cancelled. Refunds on any custom order will not be accepted. Packages are shipped with a device that ensures it is handled with care during transit.
Care Instructions
Please treat this item as if it is glass, while it is designed to be sturdy handling it without care and or allowing it to drop may result in the item being damaged. Do not use ANY liquids to clean the figure, a light dust with a lint free cloth or duster is sufficent.
