Refund policy

Trapped Doll will does not accept refunds or exchanges on any personalized items. Once your digital sculpture has been started there will be no refund as the order is considered in progress. We don not accept chargebacks either as it is stated your payment includes a non refundable sculpture fee. We only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase that have not been personalized or damaged in anyway. By completing your payment you agree to all of these policies. We will not accept payment disputes of any kind. No refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or returned damaged. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at trapp3Doll@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept change-of-mind returns if the product has been used.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
